Description
The item is a pin less Badge made of plastic. It comprises of two pieces of injected plastic - the front disk which is undecorated plastic with a flat smooth surface ready to have a sticker applied to it once imported and the back cup - also an injected plastic into which the front disk "pops" sandwiching the fabric in between. The sticker decoration (normally a licensed character) however, is applied to the front disk once the Badge is imported into the UK. The badges are used for various of purposes, for example- as giveaways, free gifts with purchase, also retailed as collectable/swappable toys etc.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: - For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect: a.
