- A lint roller which consists of a roll of self adhesive paper mounted on a plastic handle. It is used for rolling against clothing and other materials for removing hairs and fluff off. It has a plastic handle for easy handling. It can be used instead of a clothes brush. It is packed in a shrink wrap packaging.

- Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect- a. GIR 5(b) has been used to identify the type of packaging. Packed in a shrink wrap. GIR 6 has been used to classify the goods to subheading level 960390 - Other than elsewhere specified in this heading. 8 Digit Code - 96039091 - Road-sweeping brushes; household type brooms and brushes, including show brushes and clothes brushes; brushes for grooming animals. Also classified in accordance with: Harmonised System Explanatory Notes (HSENs) to heading 9603.
