- Description
- This is a cantilever umbrella/parasol for outdoor use. The umbrella can be rotated 360 degrees. The umbrella is 3 metres across and comes with a base. The base and the frame are made from iron and the umbrella is made from polyester.

- Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3(1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect- a. GIR 6 has been used to classify the goods to subheading level 660110 - Garden or similar umbrellas Also classified in accordance with The Harmonised System Explanatory Notes to 6601 refers.
