Description
Front forks which connect the bicycle frame to the front wheel of a folding electric bicycle. The product is painted and consists of a magnesium alloy fork and an iron tube. The forks are 465mm in length, 120mm in width with a height of 70mm and an individual weight of 1.07 - 1.09kg They are consigned in quantities of less than 300 units per month from China.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
