- Description
- Thin Cut-to-Order Sheets of Stainless Steel used for tooling in the manufacture of printed circuit boards (PCB). The sheets are made from 301 or 304 grade cold rolled stainless steel and cut from a coil of steel on a bespoke cut-to-length line based on customer dimensions and specifications. The surface roughness, grain size and flatness of the material is ideal for use as a stencil as it allows the most accurate amount of solder paste to be released onto the board. As it is critical for the material to remain unmarked and undamaged in transit, it is packaged in wooden crates or hardboard.
