Description
A tar brush head is a component which is attached to a wooden handle to produce a tar brush. The tar brush is used to apply tar like a paint brush. It is made from 100% black dyed coco, with a base that is base that is approximately 1.5 inches in height, and approximately 3 inches long.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3(1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect- a.
