Description
Interoperative remote assistant storage case which has the following dimensions: 255x230x78 millimetres designed to safely store all components of interoperative remote testing kit used by professionals (surgeons) to test the functionality of the hearing implant during surgery. The packaging is provided to professionals as part of the testing kit. The insert inside the case is made from foam and it has the cut-out shapes to fit the hearing aid and accessories. The top surface material is fabric nylon d420 and the middle part is ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) that is moulded into the final shape of the case.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
