Description
Push up party poppers. The products are not fireworks they do not contain pyrotechnic chemical accelerants. A handheld festive device used to shower party goers with an array of coloured confetti type paper or and other design of material. The poppers are perfect for any indoor or outdoor parties, such as wedding exit, graduation, birthday party, anniversary, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, bachelorette bridal shower, baby shower welcoming banquet, championship games, award ceremony, balls, or any other celebrations. The cylindrical container is made of a clear PP plastic. It has shaped top cap and an internal plunger. The confetti is contained between the top and the plunger. To use the popper, push the plunger to the top, open the cap, swing your arm and flick the wands, The circular discs of confetti style paper and metallic discs will flutter in the air. The poppers are reusable, and washable. 24 pieces to a display box for retail sale.

Justification
