Description
Used Pyrolysis Plant for Waste Tyre and Waste Plastic Recycling. The plant converts waste tyres and plastic into valuable products such as fuel oil, carbon black, and hydrocarbon gas through a process called pyrolysis. The plant is made up of various components including a pyrolysis chamber, condenser system, oil-water separator, gas scrubber, safety devices such as pressure and temperature monitoring systems and feeding and discharge systems. The pyrolysis plant is manufactured using industrial-grade materials such as high-temperature resistant steel for stainless steel for pipes and condensers, and other durable metals and materials to ensure safety and efficiency. The manufacturing process involves welding, assembling, and rigorous testing to meet industry standards. The plant operates by heating the waste tyres and plastics in the absence of oxygen (anaerobic environment) in the pyrolysis chamber. This thermal decomposition process breaks down the long-chain polymers into smaller molecules, resulting in the production of oil vapours. These vapours are then cooled and condensed into liquid oil. By-products such as carbon black and hydrocarbon gas are also produced and can be collected and utilized. The plant is unwrapped and exported without packaging.
