Description
A beige liquid made from wheat starch that has been naturally fermented. This is a stable liquid mould inhibitor, containing organic acids, and is used as a natural preservative to improve shelf life and enhance softness in bakery applications. Packed in 1000 litre IBC's Ingredients: Water Fermented wheatstarch Maltodextrin

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3(1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect - a.
