- Description
- Vegetarian Tapioca Crackers Pellets which have been steamed, cooled and cut into half moon shapes and dried to a maximum moisture of 11%. In pellet form the crackers have a solid dry texture, a sweet flavour and a yellow/orange appearance, are round/oval in shape approx 1.55mm thickness, 3.7cm length and 2.8cm in width. Supplied to food manufacturers who later fry the pellets for retail/wholesale sales. The crackers are packaged in blue polyethylene bags to be placed into 12kg or 16kg carton card boxes. Ingredients: Tapioca starch, Sugar, Salt, Carrot, Citric Acid

- Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
