Description
A steel bicycle frame with a seat post, saddle, rear wheel with tyre, chain and crank gear fitted (but no left hand crank) and a front fork. Either painted or an oil slick finish. The frames originate in or consigned from China, in quantities below 300 units per month. The frame allows the bicycle to function once assembled with other parts.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
