Description
This product is Steel bars that are used to make forks for forklift trucks. The steel bars come in lengths of 12 metres or less, with a thickness of more than 4.755 mm It is made from alloyed medium carbon steel. The steel is normally just binded. The bars are of a rectangular cross section and hot rolled and have a maximum boron content of 0.005% and the carbon percentage is between 0.28 to 0.35%

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
