Description
A Gas Valve used to control the flow of gas to the burner. A signal is sent from the printed circuit board which opens the gas valve and allows the gas to flow through the valve and into the burner or pilot assembly depending on the model of appliance being used . Maximum operating pressure 45mbar. These are hydronic zone valves made of brass. Based on the information received this valve is not a pressure reducing or control valve. It is also not a temperature regulator, central heating valve. It does not operate by motor or fluid, and is not a type of gate, globe, ball, plug, butterfly or diaphragm valve.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: - General Interpretative Rules (GIR)s: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, Reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
