Description
A rack-mount device that converts 12G‑SDI or SMPTE-2110 video to HDMI. It offers conversion across all SD, HD, and Ultra HD video standards, with 3D LUTs for precise calibration of your HDMI displays. It comes with 10 independent XLR audio outputs that have remote level control and adjustable delay, helping sync with TVs and projectors. There's a front panel LCD showing video, meters, menus, plus it has a speaker and headphone jack. The unit features one SDI input and one SDI loop output, supporting SDI rates up to 12G. It also has an HDMI 2.0 output for high-quality monitoring or direct program output. For IP workflows, there's a 10G Ethernet port supporting SMPTE 2110 input and output, making professional IP video integration easier. The device carries 16 channels of embedded input and output audio over ST 2110 IP video through the Ethernet port. The SDI in and out support 16 channels of embedded audio, while the HDMI outputs 8 channels for both input and output. On the analogue side, it offers 10 channels of professional balanced audio via 3-pin XLRs, plus a 6.35mm headphone jack for monitoring. There's also a USB-C webcam output capable of delivering up to 1080p60 video. The Ethernet port supports 10/100/1000/10G BASE-T, used for SMPTE 2110 IP video, system setup, and software updates. Lastly, the USB-C port connects to a computer for webcam streaming, firmware upgrades, and configuration. Dimensions are 482 x 227 x 44.2 mm, and it weighs 3.0 kg. The product comes packaged in a cardboard box, with polystyrene/foam inserts.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: - General Interpretative Rules (GIR)s: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, Reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a. Part Two (Goods Classification Table Rules of Interpretation) of the Tariff of the United Kingdom (Reg 3(1)(a)); and b. Notes to a section or chapter of the Goods Classification Table (Reg 3(1)(b)). GIR 1 - has been used to classify this product by the terms of heading 8517 - Telephone sets, including smartphones and other telephones for cellular networks or for other wireless networks; other apparatus for the transmission or reception of voice, images or other data, including apparatus for communication in a wired or wireless network (such as a local or wide area network), other than transmission or reception apparatus of heading 8443 , 8525 , 8527 or 8528. GIR 5b - has been used to identify the type of packaging. GIR 6 - has been used to classify the goods to subheading level 851762 - Other apparatus for the transmission or reception of voice, images or other data, including apparatus for communication in a wired or wireless network (such as a local or wide area network); Machines for the reception, conversion and transmission or regeneration of voice, images or other data, including switching and routing apparatus. Also classified in accordance with: Harmonized System Explanatory Notes (HSEN) to heading 8517 - Note (II) (G).
