- Description
- A pair of revolving bookcases that were made in 1938 by Kaare Kint. They are made from Cuban mahogany and brass. Each bookcase has two and three levels supported by vertical slats so that books can be inserted from three sides. Exhibited at the Danish Cabinetmakers Guild exhibition, stand 21, 1938. Documented in publications including, Kaare Klint by Peder Vilhelm Jensen-Klint (various editions) and Dansk Møbelkunst by Grete Jalk (1987).
