Description
This vehicle is a 1953 red Buick Special with left-hand drive configuration. It remains in excellent original condition, retaining its factory engine and unmodified structure. Restoration efforts focused on preserving authentic appearance and mechanical integrity. The car has been maintained in two private collections over the past 30 years and received a comprehensive restoration to show-quality standards 20 years ago. It is intended for display purposes and participation in motoring events. This particular model is no longer in production.

Justification
For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, Reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect: – a.
