- Description
- Printed Circuit Assembly for various models of robotic mowers. Robotic mower nose module assembly which serves as a multifunctional interface for the robotic mower. Its primary purposes include: • Connecting to radar for object detection and navigation. • Interface for external accessories, enabling modular upgrades or add-ons. • Connecting headlights to improve visibility during low-light operation. • Providing charging plate connectors for docking and charging. The nose module assembly is made from: • Plastic housing for durability and environmental protection. • Electronic components such as connectors, wiring harnesses, and interface circuits. • Metallic contacts for charging plate connectors. • Mounting hardware for secure attachment to the mower chassis. The manufacturing process involves: • Injection moulding of the plastic housing. • Assembly of connectors and wiring harnesses with Printed circuit board (PCBA) incorporated for providing interface to radar, accessories, and headlights. • Integration of charging plate connectors with proper insulation and alignment. • Quality checks for electrical continuity, mechanical fit, and environmental compliance (e.g., IP rating for dust and water resistance). Packaging for each nose module is: • Individually packed in an electrostatic discharge-safe bag to prevent electrostatic damage. • Placed in a carton box with protective dividers to avoid physical damage during transit. • Labelled with part number and handling instructions for easy identification and safe handling.
