- A compact air heater - 4kw heating performance . A diesel- or gasoline-powered air heaters. Primarily used to heat the cabins of vehicles such as trucks, vans, RVs, boats, and off-highway machinery. They provide warmth independently of the vehicle’s engine, ensuring comfort and frost protection in cold environments. Made From – Outer Casing: High-strength, heat-resistant plastic Heat Exchanger: Aluminium for efficient heat transfer and corrosion resistance. Combustion Chamber: steel for durability under high temperatures. Fan/Blower: designed for efficient air movement. Electronic Control Unit (ECU): Printed circuit board with microprocessors and sensors. Fuel Pump: Metal and plastic components for precise fuel delivery. Electrical wiring and sensors: Insulated copper wires with connectors. this can be supplied individually or with an installation it that has Ducting and Mounting Hardware: How It Works The heater draws in air from the cabin or outside. Fuel (diesel or gasoline) is pumped from the vehicle’s tank to the combustion chamber. The ECU controls ignition, starting a controlled combustion process. The heat exchanger transfers heat from the combustion gases to the air. The fan blows the heated air into the cabin or designated space. Exhaust gases are safely vented outside the vehicle. The system is thermostatically controlled for consistent temperature. Packaged Primary Packaging: The heater unit is secured in a cardboard insert to prevent movement and damage.
