    Description
    The stator is an integral component of a diesel fuel injector assembly. It is installed within the injector body and forms part of the injector’s electromagnetic actuator system. When electrical current is applied to the windings, the stator generates a controlled electromagnetic field which interacts with the injector’s moving elements, including the nozzle control valve (NCV), to support accurate control of fuel delivery. The stator cannot function independently. It interfaces mechanically and electrically with other injector components through its terminals and mounting features. After assembly, completed injectors containing the stator are protected in plastic packaging, packed in trays (six units per tray), and loaded into wooden pallet shipping crates for transportation.

    Thermal Transfer Printers are typically used to print date codes, batch codes, barcodes and other information (example ingredients, logos, marketing material) onto typically flexible packaging and labels. Typical industries include industrial food and beverage manufacturers. The printer is made from aluminium and stainless-steel enclosure and contains electronics including a microprocessor and a thermal print -head. Power is provided by mains passing through an external power supply before connection to the printer. An optional user interface contains a plastic bezel with a LCD screen, connected via a USB cable. Additionally, ethernet port/s are present for communications and daisy chaining. A substrate is typically indexed under the printer (maybe stationary or moving during the printing function), with an inked ribbon directly above it. A thermal printhead is used to apply both pressure and heat at a pixel level to enable to ink to be transferred to the substrate, the action of switching the pixels on and off results in the readable message. The printer is packed in a hand carriable cardboard box weighing up to 14kg depending on model and option.
