These properties span the south-east region and cover numerous locations. The matrix now includes a significant number of smaller units previously dealt with by the Regional Valuation Units. The anticipated eaves height of the larger units is 12-14m and the smaller units 8-10m. Outside of these standard height adjustments are made for higher or lower eaves. Rents are generally location specific and should be used as such. properties with a total significant area over 50,000m2 will be subject to a national quantum allowance.
