When the cable reaches the required temperature the two twisted cores will fuse together, with a fire triggering resistor attached to the input interface and a single core of linear heat cable to activate an alarm at the main fire panel.

Description: Used Pyrolysis Plant for Waste Tyre and Waste Plastic Recycling. The manufacturing process involves welding, assembling, and rigorous testing to meet industry standards. The plant operates by heating the waste tyres and plastics in the absence of oxygen (anaerobic environment) in the pyrolysis chamber. This thermal decomposition process breaks down the long-chain polymers into smaller molecules, resulting in the production of oil vapours. These vapours are then cooled and condensed into liquid oil. By-products such as carbon black and hydrocarbon gas are also produced and can be collected and utilized. The plant is unwrapped and exported without packaging.
