The third type of connector is a pin connector which consists of a hollow rectangular block with a pin on one side of the block, the pin is inserted into a 2mm hole in the rolling stock to secure the connector in place and then a coupling is inserted into the connector. Description: Testifire-XTR2-9M-001 is a device used to test smoke, heat and multi-sensor fire detector systems in accordance with national fire safety regulations. It is a test device that delivers controlled levels of stimulus whilst monitoring the detectors status using the fire detectors LED to determine if the the test has been successful. The equipment is constructed from a mixture of technical polymers (33% Polypropylene and 30% ABS by volume), PCBA's and their associated components and is packaged in a cardboard shipping carton.
