The system offers an easy and solution which allows the user to easily secure the trellis wire around or through the end post, which can then be tightened to the correct tension with the torq tensioning tool. The unique locking feature brings the system together and removes the need for laborious tasks on site. It has a safe working load rating of 400-600kg. The release key allows the user to adjust the tension on the trellis with ease. There are four components 1) The Fastener made from zinc. The zinc ingot is bought and then die cast in house 2) Zinc Aluminium coated steel wire rope of 3 or 4mm diameter is bought in on large reels and then cut, fused and processed in-house on bespoke machinery to meet the specific requirements. 3) Steel Ferrule is used to crimp the loop end in place. This is also processed in house 4) Wire Protection Thimble made from zinc. This is bought in then die cast in house to produce the thimble. The finished kits are supplied in Gripple Logo printed bags of 6 or 10 depending on size and packed into specially designed Gripple Logo outer boxes.
