Description: An LED Rear Combination Trailer Lamp which is a lamp designed specifically for trailers and it is sold as either a left-hand lamp or a right-hand lamp. The Trailer Lamp contains LED light sources for stop, tail, direction indicator, fog & reverse lighting functions, all mounted on an internal printed circuit board, the various light outputs being visible through a protective lens. Each light source contains multiple LEDs which emit a coloured light according to the function There is a short length (around 50cm) of PVC multi-core electrical cable with copper conductors attached to the printed circuit board which projects through the rear case of the lamp to allow the trailer manufacturer to electrically connect the lamp to the trailer’s wiring loom. The rear case, protective lens and reflex reflector are manufactured from injection moulded polycarbonate, or similar. The LED Rear Combination Trailer Lamp operates with a supply voltage of either 12V or 24V, supplied bulk packed to trailer manufacturers in brown cartons, but also can be supplied in a colour retail carton for the aftermarket.

Description: The Rear Triangular Trailer Reflector is fitted to the rear of any articulated road vehicle, for example semi-trailers and trailers or caravans. These reflectors can either be separate units or integrated into combination lamps. This Reflector is a standalone triangular shaped reflex reflector that has been designed to specifically meet this requirement and is approved for highway. The Rear Triangular Trailer Reflector comprises of two parts, the rear base moulding, which is made from injection moulded ABS or Polypropylene, or similar, colour of this part is generally black, but sometimes white and secondly the red reflector, which is made from injection moulded Polycarbonate or PMMA, or similar. These two parts are then permanently assembled together by means of ultrasonic welding or an adhesive. The Rear Triangular Trailer Reflector is permanently fitted to the semi-trailer, trailer or caravan by means of 2 rivets, bolts or screws through the two holes provided in the moulding. Alternatively, double-sided self-adhesive pads can be used for this purpose. They are supplied bulk packed to trailer manufacturers in brown cartons, but also can be supplied in a colour retail carton for the aftermarket.

Description: A Compact Auto Gas Control is typically a valve designed for controlling the flow of gas in appliances like boilers, furnaces, and water heaters. These valves are often used to manage the gas supply for lighting and supervising the main burner. They can be automatic, meaning they control gas flow based on pre-set parameters or signals. It is a valve just with additional safety features. It is used in a system context in conjunction with either a direct spark ignition (DSI), intermittent pilot (IP) or Hot Surface Ignition control module and associated devices to provide programmed safe light-up and supervision of the main burner of an appliance. It has an electric on off operator and a second electric on off valve. The combination gas controls perform all the functions required to safely regulate gas flow to the pilot burner and the main burner of domestic central heating equipment, warm air furnaces, back boilers and water heaters. Combination gas controls comprise a standard body to which a range of sub-assemblies are factory fitted to give various system options. This makes boiler system design much easier as technical specifications and unit dimensions are the same for all system options. Options include servo pressure regulation, throttle valve,(switchable) softlite, electrical high-low control and electrical or mechanical modulation for the complete range of control applications. The gas controls are available in line or low voltage versions. The handbook states Compact Automatic combination gas control consist of a first direct electric on/off operator for opening the safety valve of class A or class B according to EN 161 and a second electric on/off servo operator valve for opening the main valve of class B, C or class J according to EN 161.
