The Bio-decontamination Unit follows a multi-phase sterilization process to ensure thorough decontamination of enclosed spaces. The key processes involved are: Preparation Phase - The enclosure to be sterilized (e.g., a cleanroom, laboratory, or equipment chamber) is sealed to maintain a controlled environment. Operators select a pre-programmed decontamination cycle via the touchscreen PLC control system. The unit performs self-diagnostics to ensure system readiness. The Injection Phase: The system vaporizes Hydrogen Peroxide Sterilant (35% H₂O₂ solution) and disperses it into the enclosure. Using high-velocity airflow, the vapor is uniformly distributed to reach all surfaces. The Smart-Phase software adjusts the hydrogen peroxide concentration based on temperature, humidity, and enclosure conditions, ensuring optimized decontamination.
