    Uninsulated flexible ducting that is a lightweight, compressible air distribution conduit designed for use in HVAC and ventilation systems. The ducting can be considered aluminium ally.     Description
    A Ferrari prototype racing car manufactured in 2013. The 1.6 litre engine a Ferrari type 059/3 which is a hybrid petrol engine fuelled by 94.25% petrol and 5.75% biofuel. A unique engine as it was Ferrari’s first hybrid power unit (which the car was the testbed for) and was developed specifically and only for this car and the 2014 F1 cars. The system fitted to this car is ‘KERS’ – kinetic energy recovery system. It works by capturing energy lost during braking and storing it in a battery, giving the driver a short-term ‘free’ energy boost. Although the system did reduce CO2 emissions, the primary goal was to explore the potential of hybridisation as a means of enhancing performance of Ferrari F1 cars. As such the development team were tasked with using this car to help assess the trade-off between the system’s extra weight and the lap time gains the extra power resulted in. The high voltage battery pack consists of 120 cells split into eight modules, and was assembled by the F1 racing department. The pack was secured inside a Kevlar case and isolated from the cabin by a glass layer. Inverters and two direct current converters controlled the power delivery resulting in the correct integration between the combustion engine and the e-motor. This Ferrari prototype racing car was designed, built and solely used to test for Ferrari F1 for competitive racing, and is in its original state without any substantial changes to the chassis and bodywork. Please note the batteries are not currently fitted into the car. This car was revealed to the media in 2014 as the first and only prototype for Ferrari’s proposed entry into the World Endurance Sports Car Championship and was tested on track extensively by Ferrari drivers. It has since been on display for over a decade in the official Ferrari Factory Museum and will eventually go to shows for private or public display.

    A pyrolysis plant is a facility designed to convert organic materials, such as waste plastic and biomass, into useful products like fuel oil, biofuels, and char. It is a chemical involving heating these materials in the absence of oxygen, which thermally cracks them to produce liquid and solid products. Designed to treat gaseous emissions (VOCs) only and to maintain a residence time of gaseous emissions of a minimum of 2 seconds at 850° C or above. It normally has a horizontal residence chamber attached to a vertical stack and a combustion takes place in the residence chamber with the hot air emissions then exiting through the vertical stack. This pyrolysis plant will be utilising waste materials such as single use plastics. The core component is the reactor, where the thermochemical processing occurs. It we will be producing plastic pyrolysis oil or plastic derived oil which is to be classed as an end of waste oil (non waste product) which can then be recirculated into plastic production reducing the requirement for new virgin plastics. Pyrolysis plants play a significant role in waste management and resource recovery, contributing to a more sustainable future. The plant is mainly of a steel construction The larger parts of the plant are to be shipped on Flat Racks and are mainly wrapped or packaged in crates. The additional parts of the plant are being shipped in 8 x 40 Ft containers and 1 x 20 Ft container.

    Description
    Direct Fired Thermal Oxidiser (DFTO) For Air Pollutants In Plastic Pyrolysis Plant Part of the design of Pyrolysis technology which is making PPO (Plastic Pyrolysis Oil) from chemically processing single use plastic. The Thermal Oxidiser will ensure that no hazardous gases are released into the atmosphere by burning any residual gas at a high temperature. The primary function of a thermal oxidizer is to treat air pollutants, known as Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), and Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs). These harmful gases are often byproducts of various industrial processes such as manufacturing, chemical processing, and oil and gas production. The operation of a thermal oxidizer is based on the principle of thermal oxidation, which uses high temperatures, typically ranging between 815°C (1500°F) and 980°C (1800°F), to promote a chemical reaction. This reaction involves the oxidation of hazardous organic compounds to form carbon dioxide and water vapor. The thermal oxidiser allows the burning of any excess SYN gasses produced via the plastic pyrolysis process for a minimum of 2 seconds at 850 degrees. The Oxidiser will be using LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) to reach temperature when required. As a pyrolysis reactor alone cannot maintain a temperature of 850°C, a post-heating treatment system ensures the gaseous waste stream meets the Waste Incineration Directive by maintaining 850°C for the required 2 seconds. The primary air jets also ensure rapid mixing of air and gases in a turbulent flow to ensure total destruction of gaseous VOC’s. The Thermal oxidiser also has multiple secondary air jets along and around its combustion chamber to move heat away from the combustion chamber shell and ensure flame control within the chamber allowing the lengthening of its flame to support burnout of VOC gases. Both primary and secondary air jets combined ensure the flame is anchored and held within the combustion chamber to ensure the residence time achieves the required 2 seconds minimum at or above 850 ° C. The primary air jets in an incinerator must be able to support both solid and gas phase combustion (ash and gas) whereas in a thermal oxidiser there is only a requirement for gas/vapour phase pollutants, as there is no ash management needed. A steel stack structure, it is mainly made of steel along with some electrical components. A horizontal lining load consists of 200mm thick ceramic module and 25mm thick ceramic Fibre Blanket. A vertical lining load consists of 150mm thick ceramic module and 25mm thick ceramic Fibre Blanket.
